Read this before you rely on the timer for a trade. It is a clock, not a data feed. It does not connect to any exchange and cannot know whether a market is actually open.

It does not provide investment advice, trading signals, recommendations or any opinion on any instrument, and it is not a research analyst, investment adviser, broker or portfolio manager, nor registered as any of those with SEBI or any other regulator. 2. No affiliation

This site is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to the NSE, BSE, MCX, any broker, or TradingView or any other charting platform. Such names are used only to describe well‑known session timings and interval conventions, and all trademarks remain the property of their owners.

3. How the timings are calculated

Element	How it works
Current time	Your device clock, converted to a fixed IST offset of UTC+5:30. If your device clock is wrong, the timer is wrong.
Candle boundaries	Computed from the session anchor you select (for example 09:15 for NSE), not fetched from an exchange.
Session countdown	Based on the open and close times configured in Settings, Monday to Friday.
Alerts	Played by your browser. They can be missed if the tab is suspended, the device is muted, or audio is blocked.

4. Known limitations

Market holidays are not modelled. On an exchange holiday the site will still count down to a session that does not open. Always check the official holiday calendar.
Session timings can change. Exchanges alter hours (special sessions, muhurat trading, commodity timings that shift with international daylight saving). The values here are defaults you can edit, not an authoritative source.
Clock drift. A device clock that is out by a few seconds makes the countdown out by the same amount. Keep automatic time sync enabled.
Background tabs. Browsers throttle inactive tabs, so an alert may arrive late or not at all if the page is not visible.
Your broker is authoritative. For anything that affects an order, trust the exchange and your broker's platform, not this page.

The site is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability for any loss arising from its use, including losses from a missed or late alert or an incorrect countdown. See the Terms of Use.
